My name is Cara 🙂 I found myself living life passively – just falling into one thing and then the next. I also struggle to make decisions and feel guilty once I do make them. I started this blog to document my experience trying to grow from my passive way of living.
So far, writing things down has been helping tremendously. After a long few years of lockdowns and isolation, I feel ready to shift from a survival to a growth mindset. I hope you will join me on this journey so that we may grow together!
